User Content

You retain ownership of content you upload. By uploading content to VybeLink, you grant VybeLink a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, display, distribute, and promote that content within the platform.

Livestreams, Calls and Messaging

Users are responsible for all livestreams, audio calls, video calls, direct messages, comments, and other communications conducted through the platform.

Content Moderation

VybeLink reserves the right to review, restrict, remove, or disable access to content that violates these Terms, applicable laws, or may harm users or the platform.

Advertisements

VybeLink may display advertisements through third-party advertising providers including Google AdMob.

Account Suspension or Termination

VybeLink may suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose a risk to the platform, community, or other users.

Limitation of Liability

VybeLink is provided on an "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service and are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of VybeLink after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
